Já abriu o Centro Qualifica da Escola de Hotelaria e Turismo de Coimbra, com o propósito de promover a oportunidade de obtenção de certificação escolar de ensino básico e secundário (6º, 9º e 12º Ano) e de certificação profissional nas áreas de Hotelaria e Restauração e de Turismo e Lazer, por via do reconhecimento e validação de competências adquiridas ao longo da vida.
Os destinatários são jovens fora da escolaridade obrigatória (maiores de 18 anos) e adultos empregados ou desempregados e, de entre os certificados que poderá adquirir, destacam-se a Certificação Escolar (nível básico e secundário); Certificação Profissional (Cozinha, Restaurante/Bar, Cozinha/Pastelaria) e para facilitar, há horários flexíveis, com sessões presenciais e/ou online.
